Collect all Documentation
The goal of the management area is to provide space to enter and attach all the documentation about the application and the subsequent award. We replace the file folder with an electric file cabinet.
The RAMS grantsERA database can be queried to provide all the data that had been entered during the completion and submission process. Each institution has complete control of the data collected throughout the application process.
Notifications can be sent via email to PIs and Research Administrators on a set schedule to remind them of due dates for progress reports, financial reports, close out dates and other important milestones.
